Terms & Conditions for In-person Events by The Ankara Academy Pty Ltd.

  1.  Event Details
    These terms and conditions apply to the In-person Events held at O'Reilly's Rainforest Retreat, organised by The Ankara Academy Pty Ltd.
  2.  Eligibility and Attendance
    The event is open to participants aged 16 to 70 years.
  • Participants must be physically fit, capable of walking steep inclines, and navigating uneven terrain.
  1.  Ticketing and Payments
  • Tickets are available for purchase on our website and include a booking fee.
  • Optional monthly payment plans require full payment before entry to the site is granted.
  • Refund requests must be received in writing at least one month before the event, minus a $150 administration fee.
  • Transfers to a future event require full payment and are subject to a $50 transfer fee. Transfer requests must be made at least three weeks prior to the event start date. No transfer fee for one month before notice.

  1.  Liability and Safety
  • Participants are responsible for their own health and well-being during the event.
  • Basic first aid will be available, but attendees are responsible for their own medical needs and transportation.
  1.  Photography and Media
  • Photos and videos will be captured for promotional use on social media and other platforms.
  • Attendees who do not wish to be filmed must inform the organisers via email at [email protected] before the event.
  1.  Code of Conduct
  • No drugs or alcohol are permitted on site.
  • Attendees must disclose severe allergies, dietary requirements, or specific medical needs beforehand.
  • Respect for the environment and each other is paramount; aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated, and offenders may be asked to leave.
  1.  Environmental Considerations
  • Do not feed wildlife on the retreat premises.
  • Aim to leave no trace of your visit to help preserve the natural environment.

By purchasing a ticket, attendees agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. The Ankara Academy Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
