The Basin of Safety

In this one-hour lecture, Heather describes a unique concept regarding the first energy centre in the body, the base or the root chakra. Heather explains why so many people have dysregulated nervous systems and suffer from chronic stress. This is a new perspective on the ancient chakra system, whereby we have coined the root chakra as "The Basin of Safety".
