Payment Policy: If we need to cancel the tour due to insufficient participants, a full refund will be issued, minus a $100 administrative fee. If you wish to withdraw from the tour of your own accord, please notify us in writing 3 months before. You will receive a refund, minus a $600 cancellation fee. If you are unable to attend for any other reason, we will consider transferring your funds to next year’s tour, minus a $100 transfer fee.

Terms and Conditions

Tour Cancellations
The tour may be canceled at the last minute due to health restrictions or political situations in Mongolia. In such cases, we will offer a refund minus a $600 deposit.
Flights and Insurance
It is your responsibility to purchase your own flights and travel insurance for the tour.
Physical Fitness Requirements
You must be fit and able to participate in the tour, which involves mounting and dismounting a horse, using a squat toilet, and hiking up inclines. Please ensure you meet these physical requirements before booking.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you decide to cancel the trip, please send your reason for pulling out via email at least 3 months before the tour starts. In this case, we can offer a refund minus the $600 deposit. Cancellations after that are non-refundable.
Dietary Requirements
If you have dietary requirements, please notify us in advance. However, please be aware that the food in Mongolia is simple and traditional. We cannot cater to vegan diets, but vegetarian options may be possible to a certain extent.
Activity Adjustments
If you notify us in advance that one of the planned activities is unsuitable, we can accommodate alternative plans. However, please be mindful that last-minute changes may not be possible. It is your responsibility to review the itinerary and let us know your specific needs.
Shared Space Accommodations
If you have difficulty sleeping in shared spaces, we recommend preparing by bringing earplugs, sleep masks, and practicing mouth and tongue exercises if you snore.
Motion Sickness
Please bring medication for motion sickness, as most of our travel is on rough terrain in a minibus.
Payment Plans
Payment plans are available upon request but will incur a 10% fee for anything under 6 months and a 20% fee for anything over 6 months.
Passport Requirements
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date to Australia.
Health Considerations
This tour is not recommended if you have allergies to wild animals, are allergic to dairy products, or are not fit enough to walk 2 kilometers without losing your breath.
